AUBREY ALOYSIUS is an ex-International Banker, Marketing Professional, Entrepreneur, Educationist, Film Maker and Culture Enthusiast. He is also a dynamic visionary with a focus on planning and execution. Aubrey was awarded the coveted “KARMAVEER PURASKAAR” (2012) conferred to him by iCONGO - International Confederation Of Non Government Organisations. He received this award because of his visionary contribution and work in the field of Music, Art & Culture. Aubrey also received the “SNP NATION ACHIEVER AWARD” (2015). He received this award on account ofserving society through the Nation Building Project “Come India Sing Jana Gana Mana”. Aubrey is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of Lorraine Music Academy. LORRAINE FIONA ALOYSIUS is a Licentiate of the Trinity College of London - UK (Pianoforte). She is also a Masters in Banking & Finance. Creative Head

SUNNY SHARMA is the Creative Head of Lorraine Music Academy. His strength includes a focus on planning and execution among many others. He has more than 18 years of experience in Website designing, developing and extensive knowledge in implementation of various creative tools in creating logos, images, web templates and animation, etc.

At Lorraine Music Academy he is in charge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Video shooting & editing, Website Design & Development. He has also developed many interactive websites which uses extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3.

Ketan Aggarwal

Tech Team Lead

Ketan Aggarwal is the Tech Team Lead at Lorraine Music Academy. He graduated from SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonepat in Computer Science and Engineering specialising in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. He is a technology enthusiast and likes to bring new ideas to life through code.

At Lorraine Music Academy he is in charge of all Tech Operations such as Development, Maintenance, Scalability, Product Enhancements and Intelligent Automation. He closely works with teams to bring future-ready solutions using cutting edge technology.

Raj Jaswa

IPO Guru

Raj Jaswa is a Serial Technology Entrepreneur; Silicon Valley Veteran of 2 IPOs @ NASDAQ; President Emeritus of TiE Silicon Valley, USA; and Visiting IIT Professor.

Raj Jaswa is the Managing Director of Jaswa & Company. He has served as an outside Director of Selectica Inc, Jareva Inc, and AppStream Inc.

Mr. Jaswa was Co-Founder and Director of Selectica Inc (Nasdaq: SLTC), an enterprise software company which had one of the ten most successful IPOs of 2000. He served as CEO and President of Selectica from its inception in 1996 through July 2002. Selectica is regarded as the leader in configuration software for complex products and services, with customers such as Cisco, Dell, GE, and BMW.

Through January 1996, Mr. Jaswa served as President of OPTi Inc (Nasdaq: OPTI), which he co-founded in 1988, leading the sales, marketing, and strategy/ business development efforts. Opti was then the world’s largest supplier of PC-compatible chipsets, with a customer base including nearly all of the top-tier computer manufacturers.

Dr. R. Sukumar

Dr. Sukumar is the Founder and CEO of OSG. With experience across Life Sciences, Energy, Retail, CPG and Financial Services, he has worked with clients to provide strategic guidance and assisted with developing research methodologies to solve their unique problems. He has led over 700 engagements for OSG, resulting in an incremental revenue of over $80 billion for our clients. An international expert in Research and Analytics, he has spent 25 years in academia, and served as the Associate Dean of the Indian School of Business. He continues to teach Marketing Strategy and Advanced Analytics at several leading business schools across the globe, such as Thunderbird, Rutgers, U. Maryland, U. Houston, U. Georgia and Rice U. He has provided strategic guidance for Forbes, CMO, Harvard Business Review, Inc. Magazine and The Street, among many other publications.

Dr. Sukumar is an MBA and Ph.D from the University of Pittsburgh and B.S. Mechanical Engineering from IIT, India. A thought leader in the industry, he has chaired and spoken at Pharma Market Research Conference, Emerging Markets USA conference, PHARMArket Research Conference and Front End of Innovation Conference.

Engineering Experience:
Built products in diverse domains such as online banking applications, text and email search, web applications, data warehousing and database servers. Experienced in defining new architectures and re-architecting existing products. Worked on multiple development platforms, product architectures, productivity tools.

Management and Entrepreneurial Experience:
Extensive experience of building and retaining strong engineering teams both at start-ups, as well as large public companies. Expertise in refining engineering processes for agility, rapid development resulting in higher productivity and quality. Managed engineering in multiple US and offshore locations.

Customer/Business Experience:
Successfully managed turn-around in customer satisfaction by proactively managing critical projects at engineering as well as executive levels. This included setting and meeting expectations with product quality and aggressive delivery schedules. Served on joint steering committees with customers from North America, Europe and Asia.

S. Muralidharan

Strategic Planning Guru

S. Muralidharan is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Widely seen as an auto/mobility aftermarket specialist, he has held senior level posts in various companies like Executive Director Frost+Sullivan, Regional President Bosch, President Lucas Indian Service.

He has work experience in various parts of the world including Germany, MENASA, ASEAN etc.

He has held board level positions in Bosch, MANN+HUMMEL, Frost+Sullivan, Lucas India, Luminatiq, etc.

He has been a member of ACMA sub committees and supporter of organisations like AIAWA, World Auto Forum.

Currently he is deeply involved in coaching, mentoring and consulting on business transformation, growth, fund raise support.
